5.1 Handling of shift work:

5.1.1 The two shift captains hand over each other: the production status of the work order, whether there is a work order without special attention, whether the public tools are complete, and whether the equipment is normal.

5.1.2 Abnormal equipment: you should find a machine repair in time.

5.1.3 Abnormal work order: make up the number, first notify the supervisor of the department, and deal with it according to the provisions of the number.

5.2 Preparations before printing:

5.2.1 Daily maintenance of equipment before printing

ŒMaintenance according to the requirements of the printing equipment maintenance work instruction, and fill in the maintenance acceptance form truthfully.

? Matters needing attention: After the maintenance is completed, put the tool back to the original place; wipe the oil stained place to avoid staining the carton.

5.3 Printed version:

5.3.1 Produced in sequence according to the press schedule.

5.3.2 According to the requirements of the work order and information bag, the squad leader takes the corresponding printed version and places it face up on the table of the printing press.

5.3.3 The captain ordered the printed plates in one color, two colors, three colors, four colors, and five colors.

5.3.4 The staff on the operation side are hung on the corresponding printing cylinders according to the sequence of the printed plates arranged by the captain.

5.4.4 Measure the ink seconds with a special measuring cup for ink and record on the data bag.

5.5 Finding materials:

5.6.2 Adjust the printing department:

ŒAdjust the plate pressure: the gap between the surface of the printing plate and the ceramic reel is generally 0.04~0.05mm smaller than that of the printing plate. It will be created when the plate pressure is too large

Accumulated ink and printing plate wear.

? Adjust the printing pressure: the gap between the printing plate and the bottom reel should be 0.4~0.5mm smaller than the thickness of the cardboard, too large printing pressure will crush the printing

The corrugated position destroys the compressive strength of the carton and causes ghosting in printing.

? Adjust the position of the bite wheel and the gap: the position of the bite wheel is generally at the edge of the carton and the fourth mark. The bite wheel of each color is about 6mm away from the edge of the cardboard, the second color is about 8mm, and the third color is about 10mm; also, * The color bite wheel gap is greater than the second color, and the second color is greater than the third color. The bite wheel gap is 0.5~1.0mm smaller than the thickness of the processed paperboard. The gap is adjusted to ensure that the bite is firm but does not completely crush the strength of the cardboard. The ink block on the surface of the bite wheel should be removed every day when you go to work.

5.6.3 Adjust the slotted part:

ŒBox type: A-1 box:

üFirst put the slotting knife into the slot, adjust the position of the slotting knife according to the work order requirements, and return to zero.

üAdjust the crimping size: adjust the crimping position according to the work order requirements.

üAdjust the tongue: adjust the position of the tongue according to the work order requirements. The tongue height of a single tile carton should be lower than the horizontal pressure line

1mm, the tongue height of the double-tile carton should be 2mm lower than the horizontal pressure line, which is conducive to the carton forming square.

? Box type: Die-cutting box:

ü Move the slotting knife to both sides, just press the edge of the cardboard 1CM. This will bring the cardboard out smoothly.

ü Remove the center knife.

üRemove tongue blade.

ü Renovate the side knife. Trimming knife position: Install the drive side or operation side, taking the center of the machine as the reference, the cardboard cut length is divided by 2, and then reduce the size of the 8mm center to the trimming knife.

üThe center cutting knife is installed.

? Precautions:

ü When the die-cutting single conversion A-1 box type is completed, the center knife must be installed first, the special trimming knife for die cutting must be removed, and then adjusted

5.6.4 Adjustment of die-cutting part:

5.10 Turn on:
