Paper feeding unit
1. Adopt servo motor driver multi-axis no pressure feeding system, no mechanical transmission error.

Printing unit
1. Both printing cylinder and impression cylinder are made of high quality steel with grounding surface and chrome plated.

4. Installing and uninstalling printing plate with pedal switch.
Slotting unit
1. The phase position could be adjusted CW or CCW easily with 360 degree because of the equipping of PLC and planetary gearing mechanism.
2. Double slotting configuration, after pressing of prepressing wheel and pressing wheel, the carton box will slot good performance .
3. Precision linear guide horizontal displacement systems is equipped with slotting device, the slotting knife seat, pressing wheel, trimming knife will moving precisely.
4. The slotting knives of the flexo printing die cutting machine are made of high quality alloy steel, with heat treatment and precisely grinding which ensure a long service life.
5. Manual gap adjustment of prepressing wheel, pressing wheel, slotting knife seat.

Die cutting unit
1. Die cut unit roller adopt high quality steel, plated with rigid chrome.
2. High precision dynamic balance, increase machine running stable.
3. Mould roller and rubber roller can auto separate by cylinder when the machine don't die cut, this can lighten machine load and increase glue shealth and knife life.
4. Auto up and down system, the mould roller will up when feeding paper, the mould roller will down when stop feeding paper, assure every paper die cut correctly.
5. The rubber roller is mechanical transmission; the roller move 40mm left and right, the rubber roller wear and tear regular could increase the life of rubber roller.
6. Die cut phase adopt PLC and touch screen control, 360 degree adjustment.
