Feeding Unit

1. The suction assist feeder paper,draught fan 7.5kw, at different levels can be bent according to the board, air volume adjustment, ensure feeding smoothly.

2. Carry paper,fall paper adopt cylinder push, move quick and powerful.

3. Side panel for Manual adjustment, front and back panel are manual adjustment.

4. Taiwan super resistance to lead feeding wheel, Perishable Wear Resistant.

5. Skip feeding paper device, ( can choose according to need continuous or skip feeder paper).

 

Printing Unit

1. Steel pipe surface parcel wear-resisting rubber, and do correction balance.

2. Rubber middle high is the special grinding, ink transfer effect is good.

3. Rubber hardness is: 60-65 degrees.

Slotting Unit

1. Slotted knife width of 7mm. Alloy steel, heat treatment, grinding, tooth slotted knife, double-chip trimming knife, knife sharp, high precision, hardness and toughness is superb.

2. Flexible corner cutter structure cuts three-layer and five-layer cardboard without adjustment.

3. Adjustment of the rolling position of the reel and slotted knife holder, manual adjustment (optionally equipped with electric linkage adjustment).
