Paper feeding unit:

1. Double conveyor roller structure: A set of paper feed roller adopt pneumatic type elastic paper plastic shaft, in order not to destroy the strength of the corrugated paperboard. The cleaning brush sweep the debris on the surface of the paperboard, and the high pressure fan sucked down the impurities on it, so that the printing quality can be improved.

Printing unit:

1. Rubber roller of distributing ink system: The steel tube surface is wrapped with wear-resisting rubber, medium height specific grinding ink transfer, the effect is good(optional two-way ink system, network printing effect is better), the computer less ink alarm system was equipped with each group.

2. Anilox roller, made in Jiangsu”Haili”,surface grinding,suppression of checkered, hard chrome plating. (The optional ceramic anilox roll, grid line 300-600 can optional).

3. Printing phase and axial adjustment:The phase adopt planetary gear type structure, PLC touch screen control and electric digital 360° adjustment(stop and start can be adjusted), phase fixing device, electromagnetic clutch brake, to ensure the printing phase will not change when the machine group moving, the axial transverse of printing roller adopt PLC touch screen and electric digital adjustment, the total adjusting range is 10mm(Computer limit).


Slotting Unit

1. Slotting knife holder and careasing roller lateral movement adopts synchronous electric adjustment. PLC touch screen adjustment, direct input the carton size, automatic adjustment.

2. Using "slot revolution" patent technology, improve the slotting precision, no burr, don't pick Angle, effect similar to die cutting.
