HL Economic type one color printing rotary die cutting machine
Function and characteristic:
★ Lead edge feeding system, vacuum adsorption transmission, suitable for all kinds of corrugated cardboard, increase thin cardboard and bend cardboard transmission stability, high speed and precision.
★ Main motor, fan motor controlled by inverter, adjust speed smooth, save electricity, accurate and reliable.
★ High precision gear transmission, accurate and durable: 40Cr gear shaving processing, nitriding process, overprinting precision high.
★ No key connection type, can let the shaft with gear connect ,big torque using there will be no gap, installation and maintenance easy, improve the assembly accuracy, ensure the precision of overprint.
★ Mechanical automatic up oil lubrication system, equipped with automatic balancing device, increase the service life of gear.
Feeding Unit
1. 45 # seamless steel tube, parcel wear-resisting rubber, and do dynamic balance correction.
2. Down roller,external diameter ɸ 140 mm, embossing and hard chromium plating, and do dynamic balance correction.
3. Feeder Paper roller gap dial manual adjustment, adjustment range 0-12 mm.
4. The former feeder paper rubber roller (elastic rubber roller) for dynamic lift and fall, automatic voltage regulator, can reduce the strength fracture of the corrugated board.
Printing unit
1. Planetary gear structure.
2. Printing phase electric digital 360 degrees adjustment (motion and stop all can be adjusted).
3. Manually adjust the horizontal position, adjust the distance ±10 mm.
4. Pneumatic diaphragm pump, ink stability, convenient operation and maintenance.
5. Ink filter, filtering impurities.
Die cutting Unit
1. Mechanical type horizontal 40 mm, move device, die-cutting equalizer automatic compensation linear speed ,can make the die cutting rubber gasket uniform wear, prolong service life.
2. Repair adopt electric repair device, improve the rubber gasket repeat utilization rate, can repair 3-4 times.
3. Die cutting roller automatic pneumatic separation device,reduce wear rubber gasket, thus improve the service life.
