HL-C Automatic Four colors printing rotary die cutting machine
Function and Characteristic
1. Adopts the good material and parts.
2. The transmission gear adopt 20CrMinTi high quality alloy steel which is grinded after heat-treatment hardness 60 degree.
3. All roller plated with rigid chrome, increase hardness.
4. Whole machine main structure part using capt-lock union link, eliminated the link interval, suit to the long time printing.
5. Touch screen, plc control, frequency conversion adopt famous brand.
Feeding unit
1. Taking lead edge feeding technology to ensure feeding precision, fast and it is suitable for all kinds of corrugated cardboard.
2. Using dual rubber roller driven by servo-motor to delivery without mechanical difference.
3. With air-operator adjustment function, the top feeding cylinder coated abrasion proof rubber to keep the cardboard from distortion.
4. Installing suck removing dust machine to eliminate the odd on the printing plate and improve the printing quality.
5. Adjust the feed unit space by manual.
Printing unit
1. Both printing cylinder and impression cylinder are made of high quality steel with grounding surface and chrome plated.
2. Dynamic static balance correction ensure to run stability.
3. Adopt hanging structure, convenience and fast to set up.
4. Installing and uninstalling printing plate with pedal switch.
5. Working with feeding unit and automatic devlor system (during the feeding unit runs, the anvil roller goes down to contract with printing plate, while, on contract, leave printing plate.)
6. Printing roller keep the function of zero return and can reset in dynamic and static condition.
7. Printing phase adopt plc touch screen 360 degree adjust electric number.
Die cutter unit
1. Die cut unit roller adopt high quality steel, plated with rigid chrome.
2. High precision dynamic balance, increase machine running stable.
3. Mould roller and glue roller can auto separate by cylinder bias unit when the machine don't die cut, this can lighten machine load and increase glue and knife life.
4. Auto up and down unit base feeding system, the mould roller will up when feeding paper, the mould roller will down when stop feeding paper, assure every paper die cut correctly.
5. The glue roller is mechanical transmission; the roller move 40mm left and right, the glue roller wear and tear regular could increase the life of glue roller.
6. Die cut phase adopt plc touch screen, 360 degree adjust electric number.
7. Machine has glue amend unit, the glue roller can use after many times amend.
